Welcome to Embody Her!
My name is Cassandra Dahini and I am a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Somatic Therapist, Holistic Trauma Coach and am in the midst of studying my ‘Masters In Holistic Counselling’. I also have the deep honour of being a mother to four incredible wildflowers; In our home, we practice gentle and conscious parenting, so self-awareness and self-accountability has never been far from my conscious thoughts.
My approach to healing is holistic; seeing the interconnectedness of the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual wellbeing. Rather than addressing each aspect of self in isolation, it is my belief that we must treat each person as a whole being and acknowledge the importance of treating every facet of your health.
I have a warm, nurturing, and compassionate nature, creating an environment where you feel safe enough in my presence to soften into your experience in its fullness, knowing that you are being held and honoured exactly where you are in your journey.
I have extensive training in trauma release and nervous system regulation, with a strong focus on raising your level of self-awareness. Allowing for re-patterning and, in essence, freedom from all which holds us back from living our life to our fullest potential. I encourage a gradual and gentle healing process, only moving as fast and as far as your body allows. It is my belief that step by step, breath by breath, you can reclaim all of you.
My role is not to heal you, but to support you and nurture a space where you can guide yourself back to wholeness.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy is a powerful, yet gentle practice that recognises the intricate mind body connection. During a Somatic Therapy session, we delve into the deep.
In a somatic session, we begin to bring awareness to what is happening beneath the surface.
Your thoughts…
Your patterns…
Your past experiences…
How and where all of that is being held within your body.
Because often, what hasn’t been fully felt…
doesn’t disappear.
It stays.
In subtle tension.
In protective patterns.
In the way your body responds before you even have time to think.
Rather than trying to think your way through it,
we begin to listen to the body instead.
Not forcing anything to move,
but gently noticing where something is asking for your attention.
Through awareness, breath, and guidance,
we allow those held experiences to be felt — safely, and at your pace.
And from there… things can begin to shift.
There’s no pushing here.
No need to relive or re-open anything before you’re ready.
Just a gradual unfolding.
Where your body begins to process what it’s been holding,
in a way that feels supported and safe.
Over time, this creates space.
In your body.
In your responses.
In the way you move through your life.
Not by forcing change,
but by allowing something new to emerge.
Each session is guided by you —

Breathwork
In essence, breathwork is the art of consciously controlling one’s breath, which paves a path to our subconscious mind. By safely, but slowly increasing our oxygen levels and decreasing our Co2 levels, we can bring ourselves to an altered state of consciousness unlocking the gateway to our subconscious mind. Breath is the secret to unlocking higher states of consciousness where we have the ability to release deep traumas, wounds and create new neural pathways which allows for the clearing of patterns, habits, toxic belief systems, the closing of trauma loops that remain incomplete in our bodies and allows for full uninhibited catharsis. Breath allows for us to explore the root cause of our ‘symptoms’ on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
The only way out is through. We must feel into our shadows in order to truly shift and release them. We cannot bypass our way into enlightenment. We cannot bypass our way into our healing. We must sit with what we are most uncomfortable with, sit with what is hurting. Meet it with love and compassion and give it the space to express itself in its fullness. And this is what breath allows for. Full uninhibited, free expression of what needs to come forward. All is welcome here. Our bodies will speak to what needs to be seen and felt. Our only job is to meet ourselves with deep grace and compassion exactly where we are.
